15  Observed the following improper non-food contact surfaces: 1) broken molding on front of counter above hand sink in lower level kitchen, 2) rust on wire rack - lower level kitchen, 3) broken counter by meat slicer - lower level kitchen, 4) rust on lower shelving of prep tables - 1st floor kit-chen, 5) rust on lower shelf of table in bar area, 6) insulation showing on inside of upright freezer in bar area, 7) rust on inside of roll top beer coolers in bar. Provide for all food contact surfaces to be smooth, easily cleanable, non-absorbant, corrosive resistant, and light colored. Repair or replace. (750.690) Next Inspection

Provide for all plumbing to be sized, installed, and maintained in accordance with applicable provisions of the Illinois State Plumbing Code.
